Mountain Billy Gun Lab Rifle Giveaway Rules:

Welcome to the Mountain Billy Gun Lab Rifle Giveaway! Below are the rules and guidelines for participating in the raffle for a chance to win a Serra-coated Goat-15 rifle. 

Eligibility:
-Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
-Employees of Mountain Billy Gun Lab and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

-Void where prohibited.
How to Enter:
-To enter the giveaway, participants must sign up using the official entry form provided by Mountain Billy Gun Lab.
-Additionally, participants must follow Mountain Billy Gun Lab's official Instagram account (@MtnBillyGunLab).

-No purchase necessary.
Entry Deadline:
-The entry period ends on July 3, 2024.
-Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Entry Limit:
-Each participant is allowed one entry into the giveaway.
-Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.
Winner Selection:
-The winner of the Serra-coated Goat-15 rifle will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
-The selection process will be conducted fairly and transparently.
Notification of Winner:
-The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on Instagram within 7 days after the giveaway's conclusion.
-The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
Prize Claim:
-The winner must provide valid identification and proof of eligibility to claim the prize.
-The prize, a Serra-coated Goat-15 rifle, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Publicity Release:
-By entering the giveaway, participants grant Mountain Billy Gun Lab the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Compliance with Laws:
-Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation in the giveaway complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Modification or Cancellation:
