Below are the full contest rules and guidelines for participating in the raffle for a chance to win a Serra-coated GOAT-15 rifle.

Eligibility:
-Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
-Employees of Mountian Billy Gun Lab and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate
- The prize is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Winner must comply with all legal requirements for firearm ownership in their state and local jurisdiction. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter:
-To enter the giveaway, participants must sign up using the official entry form provided by Mountain Billy Gun Lab.
-Additionally, participants must follow the official instagram account of Mountian Billy Gun Lab (@MtnBillyGunLab)
-No purchase necessary.

Entry Deadline: The entry period ends on November 28, 2024 at 11:59 PM MT. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Entry Limit:
-Each participant is allowed one entry into the giveaway
-Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification

Winner Selection:
-The winner of the Serra-coated Goat-15 rifle will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
-The selection process will be conducted fairly and transparently.

Notification of Winner:
-The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on Instagram within 7 days after the giveaway's conclusion.
-The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen.

Prize Claim:
-The winner must provide valid identification and proof of eligibility to claim the prize.
-The prize, a Serra-coated Goat-15 rifle, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Publicity Release: By entering the giveaway, participants grant Mountain Billy Gun Lab the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Compliance with Laws: Participants are responsible for ensuring their participat ion in the giveaway complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. The prize is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Winner must comply with all legal requirements for firearm ownership in their state and local jurisdiction.

Modification or Cancellation: Mountain Billy Gun Lab reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or force majeure events.

Release of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, participants release Mountain Billy Gun Lab, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from or related to the raffle or the prize.

Governing Law: These rules are governed by the laws of the state of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles.
