Before you begin filling out the dealer inquiry form, please review the following important information regarding our shipping policies and sales tax requirements: 

Shipping Policies: 

 - Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship only within the United States. 
 - Address Restrictions: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 
 - State Restrictions: Please note that we do not ship to the following states: Massachusetts (MA), Maryland (MD), New York (NY), Washington D.C., Washington (WA), Illinois (IL), or New Jersey (NJ).

Sales Tax Information: 

 - Retail Sales Tax Certificate: You must provide a retail sales tax certificate issued by your state. 
 - Sales Tax Exemption Affidavit: Additionally, we require a Sales Tax Exemption Affidavit from your state. This document is essential during audits to demonstrate that we were not required to collect sales tax from you.
